MEET THE ARTIST & OWNER

Hi! I’m Caitlin, the face (and hands!) behind Loop & Swoop Calligraphy.

I have the pleasure and joy of curating connection through calligraphy, engraving, and hand lettering in San Diego and beyond!

I am An extrovert (ESFJ). So Being featured as a live event artist representing brands and businesses is a no-brainer win with customers and totally fills my social bucket! Plus I am a hopeless romantic, so when i have the honor of being selected by a couple to share in their special day as a calligraphy artist at their wedding -its a total dream come true!

Rapid fire facts about me!

I married my high school sweetheart and together we have two kids and a furbaby. I like making and eating bread – from crusty sourdough loafs to the easy button white bread in my bread machine – all tasty – just add butter! I prefer to be outside but loathe mosquitoes. I’m competitive by nature and enjoy playing darts, chess, and other games with my family. I also enjoy books and audiobooks, but cookbooks are my fave. I am an Aries, love camping with friends, and don’t drink coffee – weird I know.
