Hello! Thank you so much for being here!

I’m Caitlin Daunis, the face (and hands!) behind Loop & Swoop Calligraphy. I have the pleasure and joy of curating connection through calligraphy, engraving, and hand lettering. A bit about me – I am a deep feeler, so I just love when my calligraphy is a way to connect couples with their inner most circle through hand-addressed envelopes and place cards. I am an extrovert so on-site engraving and calligraphy on behalf of brands and businesses is an amazing value to customers, and me! I love to teach, so you can often find me on Instagram sharing tips, tricks and fun facts about this classic art form.

A bit more about me! I am a San Diego native who loves being outside. I am a mom of 2 and am married to my high-school sweetheart, who serves our community as a firefighter/paramedic. I too went through an intense sourdough bread baking phase. I have a competitive spirit and love playing games with my friends and family. I try to take a few minutes to read for fun each day. And you can probably guess this one – I own a lot of pens!
